We pride ourselves on the personal service we offer - no automation here ! you E-mail real people who know the products they are selling and will assist you with your order until it arrives at your door.
All you have to do is E-MAIL: sales@tv-memorabilia.com With your requirements and the destination country of the item you require, we will then E-mail you back with a shipping inclusive quote.

Please confirm whether you would like to proceed or not before sending payment, so we can reserve the goods............

We dispatch goods on the same day (where possible) as we receive payment or trade.

Items will be sent by FIRST CLASS MAIL, or by PARCEL FORCE for heavier items such as multiple video tapes, books etc.

WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER - in UK pounds, payable to C.JOHNSON.

Direct Funds Transfer in UK pounds - Paid directly from your bank account straight into ours. This method is only really cost effective with seriously large orders. More details of this available on request.

INSURED POSTAL SERVICES ETC.



- We obtain a 'Certificate of posting' for every package we post - this is our proof the package was actually posted. However, it doesn't provide any insurance in the unlikely event of the package being lost or damaged by any of the postal services and we can not accept any responsibility if this happens. (These kind of problems are very rare and tend to be localised to particular areas of the country).

If you live in an area where this kind of thing is or has been a problem then Insurance etc. is available at extra cost see details below:

- 'Special delivery' (guaranteed next day delivery in UK / upto £250 insurance - signature required on receipt) = postage cost plus £3 (UK only).

- 'Recorded delivery' (signature required on receipt / upto £50 insurance) = postage cost plus 60p (UK only).

- 'International recorded delivery' (signature required on receipt / upto £28 insurance) = shipping costs plus £2.60

- 'International registered delivery' (signature required on receipt / upto £500 insurance) = shipping costs plus £3.50 Please mention if you require any of the above postal services at the time of placing your order.
